Just a Quickie Post!

Today....
I scrapped.
It was pretty quiet.
People seem so busy all the time.
I am glad I was able to find a quiet moment to do something I enjoy. This is for my sister it is of her dog. He is getting pretty old and is starting to find it hard to get up and down. It is never easy losing your best friend. I hope hers is able to stick around a while, but if for some reason he has to go... I want her to have some visual memories.
I also made some cards for my mom... she enjoys them and loves sending them out. Other than that I did some laundry and walked Sable. The idiot girl adventures were kept to a minimum.

Enjoy your weekend!

  1. Sorry I have been out of it for a while. I just came in to check on you. Good Scap Booking...(I guess).

See, I am ignorant when it comes to scrap booking. I wish I had the talent like you. I have a shit load of pics I do not know what to do with......

  2. I’ve never done scrapbooking but I really like what you’ve done with your dog. Great memory stashes…which I guess is exactly what a scrapbook is. Now I feel retarded.

that dog page is very sweet! since i am getting ready to have my 2nd and final child - i have been looking for fingerprint pendant necklaces they also do paw prints or nose prints - something she could wear in memory of her beloved pet. just a thought (if the poor guy does have to go)

  5. Hey,
Is that a shadow box layout? I really like the hardware with the bone ribbon. Nice touch.
I have a group of friends and we travel to crops together. Helps us get there alive :)

  6. @ Joker - i will teach you how to scrapbook there is no wrong way. Just get your photos in books before they get damaged.

@ Scott O - It is my sisters dog and she really liked the gift... at least she said she did.

@ TUC - It keeps me busy, and I find it relaxing.

@ MD'sM - That is why I have a dog and not kids.

    @ Glenys - Thank you

@Citymom - They are trays made by 7 gypsies and you can decorate them any way you like. I got mine at Achievers for $15.99. Happy Scrapping!
